Carrie is the consummate Employment Law attorney. She represents employers and counsels management, focusing her practice in the areas of employment law compliance, employment law litigation defense, and defending administrative actions in both state and federal venues. She has represented both public and private sector employers in litigation under, among other causes of action, Title VII, the ADA, EPA, PDA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, Florida Civil Rights Act, and the Florida Whistleblowers' Act. Carrie has also responded to charges of discrimination filed with federal, state and local administrative agencies. She counsels employers in problem prevention, employee discipline and termination, and employment discrimination and harassment. Carrie also conducts management and employee training and employment law seminars as well. For over ten years, before becoming an attorney, Carrie gained invaluable experience as an HR Professional. She has proven herself to be indispensable to her clients, who value her wide array of employment law-related knowledge and services. |
