Jeffrey C. Pepin dedicates his practice handling litigation and trials in the areas of complex commercial litigation, shareholder derivative suits, probate litigation, partnership disputes, business torts, and contract and business disputes.
Mr. Pepin graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.S. in finance in 1996 and later received his Juris Doctorate from the Notre Dame School of Law.
Mr. Pepin is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association - Young Lawyers Section. His community activities include the Notre Dame Club of the Palm Beaches and the Palm Beach County Gator Club. He has been selected by the South Florida Legal Guide as a "Top Up & Comer" from 2003-2009 and was recently selected as a "Top Attorney" for 2010. Mr. Pepin has also been listed in the "Who's Who of Professionals."

Significant Representations
- Represented defendant investor in entity sued for foreclosure of a line of credit in an amount exceeding $5,000,000 and ensuing deficiency under personal guaranty. A settlement was reached whereby the Plaintiff agreed to dismiss its claim on the personal guaranty with prejudice in exchange for the Defendant’s dismissal of his counterclaim.
- Represented former employee of entity to recover ownership interests in ten sub-entities of the employer that were wrongfully stripped from client upon his termination. The case settled one week before calendar call for $460,000.
- Successfully represented homeowner in jury trial to recover damages for breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation related to inferior craftsmanship of cabinetry and interior design work for multi-million dollar home. Jury returned a verdict for client in the full amount of $74,038.27.
- Represented plaintiffs, who were minority members of LLC to purchase and develop commercial real estate, in individual and derivative claims to recover damages for breach of fiduciary duty and usurpation of a corporate opportunity involving commercial property valued in excess of $10,000,000. A confidential settlement was reached after mediation.
- Successfully represented contract purchaser of $500,000 condominium to recover full amount deposits after developer built unit that did not conform with plans approved by client.
- Co-counsel representing defendant law firm in action for professional negligence and breach of fiduciary duty claiming damages in excess of $50,000,000.
