S. Jordan Rappaport focuses his practice on complex litigation before state and federal courts, NASD, and the American Arbitration Association. Litigation matters include business litigation, securities litigation, federal white-collar crime, and employment law.

While in law school, Jordan was a research assistant for Professor Ronald Benton Brown, Nova Southeastern University, for whom he conducted legal research relating to the Florida Supreme Court’s use of judicial canons of statutory construction and compiled summaries of all research for publication. He contributed to the Law Review, participated in moot court, and received a Book Award for Real Property Law, Antitrust Law, and Advanced Corporations.

Prior to Schwarzberg Spector Duke & Rogers, Jordan was an associate with the law firm Hodgson Russ, LLP in Boca Raton, Florida.
