Kerry A. Raleigh focuses her practice on employment counseling and litigation, and commercial litigation. Her practice includes a wide-range of employment-related and other matters including, but not limited to: Title VII, the American with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, covenants not to compete, severance agreements, and other workplace matters. She represents clients before the Equal Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations and handles complex employment litigation in both State and Federal courts. Kerry also consults with a variety of corporate clients on employment related issues such as wage hour and overtime issues, hiring issues, performance issue up to and including termination, employee handbooks, and employer policies.
Kerry was formerly with the firms of Sachs Sax Klein in Boca Raton and Buckley King in Columbus, Ohio.

Professional Experience |
- Extensive experience in Federal and State courts, concentrating in employment litigation.
- Employment law practice includes discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims brought under Title VII, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age in Discrimination Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Florida Whistleblower’s Act, and wage and overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
- Represents clients in litigation involving non-compete agreements and misappropriation of trade secrets under the Uniform Trade Secrets Act.
- Conducts internal investigations.
- Counsels employers on all aspects of employment law.
