Lorraine O’Hanlon Rogers focuses her practice on labor and employment counseling and litigation, and commercial and business litigation. She is a trusted advisor to her clients, counseling them on a wide-range of employment-related and other matters including, but not limited to: Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the FLSA Wage and Hour laws, terminations and other workplace actions, employment agreements and severance agreements. Lorraine is also responsible for handling employment discrimination litigation before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, State and local agencies, and State and Federal courts.

  • Counseling and training of employers and employees on all aspects of employment law.
  • Commercial litigation practice includes representing clients in State and Federal courts in the areas of fraud, tortious interference, business defamation, breach of contract, enforcement of noncompetition agreements and protection of trade secrets, as well as protecting creditor’s rights in bankruptcy proceedings.
