Scott Atherton concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and insurance coverage disputes. Scott’s employment law experience includes defending discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, supervising internal investigations, and creating personnel policies that seek to minimize his clients’ employment-litigation exposure. Scott also prosecutes and defends a wide range of contract and business tort actions, including those arising from non-compete agreements.

Before joining Schwarzberg Spector Duke & Rogers, Scott served the Honorable Judge Robert M. Gross as a judicial clerk at the Fourth District Court of Appeal and worked as an academic clerk for Steel Hector & Davis LLP.
