- Successfully represented Office Depot, Inc., by obtaining Summary Judgment in an action involving damages of $38,000,000 involving a unique issue of law relating to allegations of insider trading under Rule 16(b).
- Successfully represented Sunbeam Products, Inc., in forcing an insurance company to comply with the defense and indemnity provisions per a vendor’s contract, relating to a wrongful death/products liability action. Involved issues of Taiwanese Law.
- Defended First Union Nation Bank and First Union Securities, Inc. in a 700 person class action relating to a claim by investors in a Ponzi Scheme who claim to have lost $35,000,000.
- Represented public and private clients in complex commercial litigation matters.
- Represented Sunbeam Products, Inc. in contractual disputes with manufacturers and in product liability defense actions relating to allegedly defective products.
- Represented Rexall Sundown, Inc. in securities class action regarding its merger with Nutricia Investment Corp.
- Represented international conglomerate in successful defense of claim through federal trial and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
- Represented Aetna US Healthcare, Inc. in defense of ERISA and other related cases.
- Represented national retail chain, Tire Kingdom, in various employment matters.
- Represented Fort Myers Housing Authority in landmark absentee voting rights cases.
- Represented developers in obtaining summary judgment against significant assessment dispute with Homeowners’ Association.
- Represented client in trust dispute over the revocability of a $32,000,000.00 Trust.
