Venus Zilieris focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, probate litigation and employment law.
Her practice includes prosecuting and defending a wide variety of contracts, including but not limited to, separation agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-competition agreements, non-solicitation agreements, arbitration agreements, real estate agreements, among others, as well as counsels and defends employers in various employment-related issues.
Venus also litigates a variety of probate issues involving, without limitation, will contests, trust contests, trust reformation and/or modification, and claims against fiduciaries. |
