Janet B. Teebagy is the Chairperson of the Construction Litigation Practices Group. Janet was formerly Assistant General Counsel (Rinker Materials Corporation) and General Counsel (New Line Transport, L.L.C.). During this time, Janet was responsible for the management of hundreds of litigated and potential construction claims throughout the United States and managed a 7 person Risk Management Group. Janet also has significant private practice construction experience as well, having represented homebuilders, developers and construction materials manufacturers in various construction related matters, construction defect litigation and lien disputes.

Steven L. Schwarzberg has handled a large variety of construction- related claims and litigated matters, including construction delay claims, bid claims, warranty claims, mechanic’s lien litigation and construction defect matters including claims based on poor workmanship, building code violations and non-conformity with plans. Additionally, Steve has handled litigation involving professional negligence claims.

David I. Spector has experience with a variety of construction related clams through out Florida involving allegations of negligent design, construction and inspection related to major roadway and bridge projects.

Venus A. Zilieris has experience with a variety of construction related claims throughout Florida involving allegations including, but not limited to, negligent construction, engineering, inspection and design related to major roadway and bridge projects.

Kerry A. Raleigh has experience with a variety of construction related claims involving latent defects, negligent design and construction of building envelopes (i.e. roof, exterior walls and windows), water intrusion, poor indoor air quality, and mold.
