The West Palm Beach litigation boutique is seeking an experienced employment law compliance and defense attorney to join its growing practice. Schwarzberg & Associates is seeking an employment law attorney experienced in matters involving Title VII, NLRA, EPA, ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, GINA, PDA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, FLSA and all state law equivalents including the Florida Civil Rights Act, Florida Whistleblower, Florida Workers' Compensation retaliation, and Florida unemployment. Qualified attorneys must have experience providing clients with day-to-day employee relations advice, drafting employee handbooks, providing responsive guidance and assistance with employee relations matters, conducting employee terminations, drafting all forms of employment-related agreements including employment contracts, restrictive covenant agreements and separation agreements, handling all aspects of employment law litigation defense in federal and state courts, mediations and arbitrations. It is preferred that the qualified candidate have a transferable client base and must be computer proficient.
