Janet is AV-rated, and chairs the firm’s Construction Law Litigation Group. Her practice areas include complex commercial litigation, employment matters, insurance coverage issues, securities and ERISA litigation, creditors’ rights, contract and business disputes and products liability defense. Previously, she served as the Assistant General Counsel of Rinker Materials Corporation.
Grace joins our firm on the heels of completing a clerkship with the Honorable Robert M. Gross at Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal. After graduating from the University of Florida, she received her law degree from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated magna cum laude and served on the Nova Law Review.
